How long after petronas interview

My pointer CPA is around 3. I already submit my resume through Discover Petronas last January. So far, no answer yet. Anyone, please help me. Hi all I juz wanna ask, does petronas require its employees to do their medical check up only in petronas panel clinics or the employees may consider other alternative clinics? I wanna ask your opinion.. Since I am just fresh graduate…is it okay for me to send thank you letter to hr for the interview session?
